Cancellation policy:
- Any cancellation made within 30 to 75 days prior to arrival date, results in charge of the deposit (30% of the full stay).
- Any cancellation made within 15 to 30 days prior to arrival date, results in charge of 70% of the full stay.
- Any cancellation made within 1 to 15 days prior to arrival date, results in charge of 100% of the full stay.
- In case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, results in 100% charge of the stay.
Reservation confirmation:
- A bank deposit of 30% based on the total amount of the entire stay is required in order to confirm a reservation.
Maximum guests:
- 10 persons maximum.
