I prezzi sono espressi in Euro a notte indipendentemente dal numero di persone, includendo:

  • Tutte le tasse
  • Sconto del 10% per il pagamento anticipato completo / prenotazioni non rimborsabili / prenotazioni anticipate di 120 giorni o più prima della data di arrivo
  • Soggiorno minimo di 7 notti in alta e alta “plus” stagione

Note e condizioni:


  • il check-in è alle 15:00 e
  • il check-out alle 11:00


  • acconto del 30% al momento della prenotazione, rimborsabile fino a 60 giorni prima dell’arrivo.
  • 70% da pagare 30 giorni prima dell’arrivo.

Condizioni di annullamento:

  • qualsiasi annullamento effettuato fra 30 e 75 giorni prima della data  di arrivo, comporta il trattenimento dell’ acconto (30% della somma totale).
  • qualsiasi annullamento effettuato fra 15 e 30 giorni prima della data  di arrivo, comporta il trattenimento del 70% della somma totale.
  • qualsiasi annullamento effettuato fra 1 e 15 giorni prima della data  di arrivo, comporta il trattenimento del 100% della somma totale.
  • in caso di mancata presentazione o partenza prima della data programmata l ‘ addebito è a carico del cliente al 100%.

Conferma della prenotazione:

  • Un deposito Bancario del 30% dell’ importo totale è necessario per confermare la prenotazione

Numero di ospiti:

  • massimo 10 persone.

Regole della casa:

  • Adatto ai bambini
  • E permesso fumare solo all’aperto
  • Animali domestici ammessi solo su richiesta
  • Feste e reunioni sono consentite solo su richiesta

Le regole della piscina devono essere seguite in ogni momento:

  • Nessun bicchiere di vetro nell’ area della piscina
  • E vietato correre
  • Sono vietati i giochi pericolosi
  • Nessun bambino che nuota incustodito
  • Vietato tuffarsi
  • Doccia prima di entrare in piscina
  • Nessuna crema solare all’interno della piscina

Minimum stay 1 week.

The main period of operation is from the 1st of April until the 31st of October of each year. Exceptionally and as long as there is demand it can be extended throughout the year upon request.
