White Cube Villa Rates

List of Seasonal Rates (season 2026)

  • The main period of operation is from 1st of May until the 30th of September of each year.
  • Exceptionally and as long as there is demand, it can be extended throughout the year upon request with a rate of 1250 € / day.

White Cube villa rates:

01/05/2026 until 30/06/2026 – 1250 € / day

01/07/2026 until 31/08/2026 – 1550 € / day

01/09/2026 until 30/09/2026 – 1250 € / day

  • Minimum stay: 3 days.
  • The villa is changing status starting this season and can accommodate max 8 (Eight) persons (4 double bedrooms on ground floor only). Exceptionally and as long as there is a demand for another bedroom (for two extra persons), the lower level guesthouse of the villa may be offered upon request and for an extra cost.

Rates are quoted in Euro per night despite the number of persons, including:

  • All taxes
  • 10% discount for full prepayment / non-refundable reservations /early bookings 120 days or more prior to arrival date
  • Min 3 nights stay for High and Peak Season

Check in/out time:

  • Check in time is at 15:00 &
  • Check out at 11:00

Payment:

  • 30% deposit at the time of booking, refunded up to 60 days before the arrival.
  • 70% payment 30 days before the arrival.

Security Deposit:

  • 1.000€

Cancellation policy:

  • Any cancellation made within 30 to 75 days prior to arrival date, results in charge of the deposit (30% of the full stay).
  • Any cancellation made within 15 to 30 days prior to arrival date, results in charge of 70% of the full stay.
  • Any cancellation made within 1 to 15 days prior to arrival date, results in charge of 100% of the full stay.
  • In case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, results in 100% charge of the stay.

Reservation confirmation:

  • A bank deposit of 30% based on the total amount of the entire stay is required in order to confirm a reservation.
